I can look up an exercise to found out if exercise could be good or bad, and what kind of exercise could be good or bad.

Can you be more specific about "good" and "bad"? For example, for a person with average to good health, most forms of exercise might be "good", but for a person with a heart problem, extreme sports might be not so good. How do you plan to define these terms for your research?
